Enacting laws

These past few days I've been working on a mechanic to pass royal decrees. These edicts will give you passive gain on support, renown, more taxes, etc. Although so far it has been the hardest one to visualize how it should work exactly. So far I decided that it costs support to enact them, and it costs renown to abolish them.

I thought this day would never come...


If this build taught me anything is that I can't force myself to work in one single thing. I want to please people and give them what they want, but sadly I have little patience, and even less inspiration. So I think I should work in whatever is inspiring at the moment rather than forcing me to work on one thing for the sake of finishing it. This should make it so I can push things faster. Even if unfinished it will be more things, rather than just one thing that's "finished" and takes a long time.

New content
Infrastructure tab added to the reforms.
    The different constructions grants bonuses in the form of gold and prestige. Once bought, each week there's a chance the construction will progress. The higher the administration level the higher the chance.
 
    Content picker in the menu
    This will allow you to select what type of content you want to see. You do have to opt in however. Some content can be changed to become vanilla, while other will simply disappear from the game.
 
    Reworked characters to be made of different pieces. This will make it so they can have different poses, clothes, etc, without adding hundreds of images. This also has the added  bonus of being a pain in my butt to set up.
 
    Added a new character! The childhood friend/Sister. 5 mini events, 3 Scenes, 1 H-Scene
     To unlock it just study something to do with animals during the first days.   

    Right now it doesn't do much, but for any sort of forbidden/secret relationship there's a chance that the court will become suspicious. If you do risky stuff or spend too much time with that person the suspicion will increase. You can avoid this by having a high scheme level.
     
        Characters can also become moody, and you can see it on their face if you talk to them. On that state you no longer will get extra events when you spend time with them for bonus affinity points, instead you'll get a chance of getting closer and closer to get them out of that state.

For the future I want to finish something faster. I think I'll try to finish the mechanics I have planned  or make one of the "secret" shorter stories involving a monster girl. I already thought of something that I think should be interesting. Anyway. Hopefully next time it will be next month or so... hopefully.

Update, update, update

I wasn't dead, just dealing with... stuff.

I'll be honest, this one took waaaaaay longer than I wanted, or expected. I never really stopped working on it, just less and less due to getting busy, and then the world finally started to fall apart. I know many have it harsher than me, and I hope we can get through the other side of this tunnel. Still I don't feel like a porn game is the platform people want to hear this from lol. So at I hope to at least give you five minutes of jerking off at some point.

Anyhow, some of the things I've been doing is an infrastructure tab to upgrade the kingdom. It's very simple, somewhat bare bones for now, but it gets the job done at least.

 Usually I never like my art, especially with backgroundy type of stuff, but I have to say that this time I think that it's kinda nice, not perfect, but nice.

Ah yeah, I learned how to not get decimals on the numbers that shouldn't have them. 

I cheated and made this one with the image editor lol, but basically this is what it starts to look like once you upgrade some things. This will give you tons of cash, prestige, and support, but they're kinda pricey.



I also reworked the protagonist again lol. It still doesn't look like what I imagined and set out to do, but now at least it's not that ugly, and the arms are not that deformed.
